Hücreden ve ulaştırmadan kaynaklı hataların sorumluluğu kabul edilmez. Donmuş/T25 flaskta getirilen hücrelerde kontaminasyon olup olmadığı kontrol edildikten sonra çoğaltma ve stoklama işlemi yapılır. Özel nitelikteki sarflar (besiyerleri vb.) talep eden araştırmacı/firma tarafından karşılanılacaktır. Araştırmacı tarafından sağlanan hücre, kit ve sarf malzemelerin soğuk zincir kurallarına uygun şekilde merkezimize ulaştırılması gereklidir. Tarihi geçmiş ya da transfer sırasında bozulmuş malzemeler ile deney yapılmayacaktır.
** It is valid for cell lines in unopened frozen/T25 flasks delivered to us by the investigator. The growth efficiency of the cells is tested for ten days. No responsibility is accepted for errors originating from the cell and transportation. After checking whether there is contamination in the cells brought in frozen/T25 flasks, passaging and stocking are performed. The requesting researcher/company will cover special consumables (mediums, etc.). Cells, kits, and consumables provided by the researcher must be delivered to our center under the cold chain rules. Experiments could not be carried out with outdated or deteriorated materials during transfer.
